By engaging with ConquerX, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms:
By requesting, accessing, or using any service provided by ConquerX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and ConquerX.
2. Description of Services:
ConquerX provides AI-powered automation and communication services, including but not limited to: Automated messaging and follow-up solutions, AI-assisted customer engagement, Ongoing technical support, Support for new integrations requested by the Client, subject to technical feasibility
3. Pilot and Service Evolution:
ConquerX may offer services under pilot or early-access conditions. During such periods, features, availability, and service scope may change as the service evolves. ConquerX reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time.
4. Client Obligations:
The Client agrees to: Use the services in a lawful manner and in compliance with applicable laws and third-party policies; Not use the services for fraudulent: abusive, or illegal activities; Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery; Cooperate reasonably during setup, troubleshooting, or integration processes
5. Use of Third-Party Platforms:
ConquerX services may operate through or integrate with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or other communication channels.The Client acknowledges that use of such platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies and that ConquerX is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.
6. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights related to ConquerX services, methodologies, workflows, and systems remain the exclusive property of ConquerX.
7. Confidentiality:
ConquerX will treat Client information as confidential in accordance with its Privacy Policy. ConquerX may reference the Client as a user of the services for marketing or informational purposes unless otherwise requested.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ConquerX does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not responsible for business outcomes resulting from the use of the services.
9. Suspension or Termination:
The Client may request cancellation of paid services without being charged if requested on or before the second week of the billing month. Cancellations requested during the third or fourth week of the month will apply to the following billing cycle.ConquerX may suspend or terminate services if the Client violates these Terms or applicable third-party policies.
10. Changes to the Terms:
ConquerX may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
